Belle will be stunned to find out that like EJ, Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) has been resurrected by Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton).

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Legal Forms Need Readying

Legal forms need readying now that Stefan’s back in the game, with contracts and shares reinstated; Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) can no longer claim widow’s rights. Therefore, Gabi’s shares she inherited from Stefan must go back to Stefan himself, and Belle is stunned at the news. She knows that Gabi isn’t going to give up her shares willingly, but she honestly will have no other choice but to surrender them; Stefan’s alive.

There are all kinds of legalities to be dealt with and another is reversing Stefan’s death certificate with the state. Then they can work on returning the shares Gabi has back to Stefan, because even if they are still legally married the shares aren’t shared among a couple.

DOOL Spoilers – Gabi Hernandez Will Need To Sign Forms

Gabi herself will need to sign forms to return the shares to Stefan, and since Stefan hurt her and rejected her getting her to may be a formidable task. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) had Rolf “condition” Stefan’s brain to wipe out his memories of his and Gabi’s love and send him back to Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). But since Gabi is involved with Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) and they are getting married (once the divorce is filed and completed) maybe it won’t be all that difficult after all. The stress comes in trying to make all this work very quickly so EJ and Stefan can take over DiMera as co-CEOs but Li might help that process along. But EJ is wary, because Gabi and Li have been making noise of calling the shots at DiMera Enterprises together in spite of Stefan’s reappearance from the dead.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Getting To Work

EJ and Belle work quickly to draw up all the legal forms necessary for the very complicated processes that lie ahead. EJ was dead and brought back to life, but in his case, no death certificate was filed, and the same with the rest in Rolf’s lab in Nashville. There was him, Kristen, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) to name a few, plus Jack Deveraux, (Matthew Ashford) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).

Getting Stefan legally ready to run DiMera Enterprises with EJ will be a more complicated process. They have to reverse his death legally, get him divorced from Gabi legally, and then get her to sign his shares back to him.
