Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Eli Is Devastated By Lani’s Fate!

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and his twins left town to be closer to Eli’s wife Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) after Lani was sent to prison for shooting her biological father. This week, Eli returned for a visit and revealed that in six months Lani will be eligible for parole. But the future may be quite a bit darker than that. It seems very likely that the next time Eli comes home, he may bring some very bad news.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Lani Grant Was A Police Officer

Lani was sent to an out of state prison for her own safety. As a former police officer, her life could be in jeopardy if the other inmates discover her former profession. One could easily imagine a scenario where Lani is granted parole and right before she is to be released, she is attacked. Instead of welcoming Lani home, Eli would be tasked with breaking the news to Lani’s friends and family.

DOOL Spoilers – Vivian Alamaine Holds A Grudge!

Another possibility is that Vivian Alamaine (Louise Sorel) may finally get her opportunity at revenge. Vivian is also currently in prison and perhaps could be transferred to the same facility Lani is detained in. Perhaps she could convince another inmate to kill Lani or even do it herself. Either way, the result would be the same and Eli would be left to mourn his wife. Either scenario above could leave Eli ready to move back to Salem where he would be surrounded by loved ones.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Is Lani Grant Doomed?

Eli has been very forthcoming with exactly how long it is until Lani’s release date is seems almost guaranteed that something will go wrong. It’s possible Lani will be paroled and she will decide she can’t move back to Salem because of all the bad memories. But that seems unlikely because most of her family is in Salem. There will have to be a very good reason Lani doesn’t come back and unfortunately, death seems the most likely.
