Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Eric And Sloan’s Drunken Elopement-Closer Bond Over Grief?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) could develop a closer bond over mother grief. Sloan’s grief over her parents is obviously still fresh, and Eric will soon lose Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall)-might the two elope and marry?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – They Understand Each Other’s Grief

Sloan wasn’t wild about Eric involving her in Rachel Black’s (Finlay Rose Slater) kidnapping plot, but it did show her a softer side of Eric. He saw a softer side of Sloan as well, because she and Rachel got along famously and Rachel had a great time with her. Eric understands Sloan’s grief and rage over what happened to her parents, and that it can take a long time to come to terms with that kind of situation.

Sloan and Eric may have started out as no-strings-attached bedroom buddies, but they both are going through a rough time now. Eric lost a stepmother long ago when Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) mother Isabella Toscano Black (Staci Greason) died, and now he’s losing his mother Marlena.

DOOL Spoilers – They Rush To Each Other’s Defense

Eric and Sloan have both rushed to each other’s defense, Eric in particular when Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) made problems. Sloan is starting to see qualities in Eric that she really likes, especially when she’s gotten a look at Dark Eric – he’ll play dirty when the situation calls for it.

Sloan knows about his taking matters into his own hands with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), forcing her out of his mother’s home with a gun to her head. When it came down to brass tacks, Eric got the job done when the relatively tame kidnapping plot didn’t work, but that brought another dilemma-a missing orchid. That meant Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) didn’t get booster serum made from the orchid, and now Eric’s mom Marlena will be next to die.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Grief Brings Sudden Marriage?

Viewers have noticed a change in Eric ever since Nicole interfered and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) aborted Eric’s baby-Eric has done some things very unlike Eric. But Sloan has a dark side as everyone knows, and that dark side of Eric is very attractive to Sloan but she sees attractive qualities in good Eric too. It’s just spice added to the sometimes bland sugar as far as Sloan is concerned, and Eric sees both good and bad in Sloan as well.

On the other hand, what might very well happen is after Marlena dies, Eric will go on a bender and Sloan will be his drinking buddy. The marriage that happens might be a Las Vegas quickie that they’ll both regret when they wake up the next morning!
