Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Eric Retains Justin To Get Custody Of Holly!

Days Of Our Lives spoilers tease that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughn) will ask Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) to represent him in a custody battle over little Holly Jonas (Scarlett and Harlow Mallory).

Eric wants to keep his promise to Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) to look out for Holly and he interprets that as having custody of and raising her, although “looking out for” could merely mean being a father figure to her. The question is, will Justin even be able to take the case?

It was Justin who brought the mysterious letter to Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) in the first place, that Nicole wrote before she “died”, stating that she wanted Chloe to raise Holly if she died.

Of course, most Days of Our Lives viewers know now that Nicole is not really dead since Arianne Zucker made the formal announcement herself that she is currently filming scenes, and that she will return to Salem sometime in 2019.

Why did it take so long to bring such a letter to Chloe? The warehouse explosion took place in October 2018, and it was implied that this letter was written close to a year and a half previously when Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) held her hostage the first time! Did Sheila (Tionne Watkins) reorganize his office like she did Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds)? That could explain the delay!

However, even a simple thing like bringing a letter to Chloe that Nicole had written, containing her “last wishes” for Holly’s care, could be a conflict of interest for Justin; because it was sent to him originally to deliver to Chloe, he may not be able to take a case where he is representing someone with an opposition to the wishes stated in the letter!
