Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that there could be a custody battle looming. Now, Eric would never take Mickey away from Sarah. However, there is no way he wants Xander to continue fathering the little girl. He has already lost out on so much time with his daughter, he would like nothing more than for Xander to walk away.
However, Xander isn’t going to do that. He loves Mickey like she were his own child.

DOOL Spoilers: Eric Brady’s Decision
It is teased that during the first week of December, Eric comes to an understanding with Sarah. He tells her that he is willing to share custody, but under one condition. Details about his proposal are not available yet. However, fans are speculating that it has something to do with limiting Xander’s access to the child.

I don’t think that Eric should have a say so in what Sarah does was Xander he left Sarah before he knew about that baby so obviously he didn’t want to be with her he needs to stay with Nicole and they can do share parenting with the baby and Sarah can be with Xander
Eric needs to leave Sarah and Zander alone. Zander has been a father to the baby and Eric is to unstable to be a father.
why bother to even ask if Eric should step up and be a dad when we just read that JJ switched the babies and the baby is really Kristen and Bradys…geeze, how original writers another baby switch??? yawn

Eric is not unstable and if he is the father i can understand how he feels about zander being near is child. Zander is a long time criminal. Would you walk away from your child
No. Eric is a loser. Always irresponsible. Always in love. He should just leave. He’s boring too. Probably the best looking guy on the show but it’s still not enough
