DOOL spoilers reveal that Gwen targeted Abigail first and tried to destroy her life. However, when Gwen miscarried the baby she conceived with Chad, the blame was put on Abigail. As fans know, Abigail was not responsible for the miscarriage as it happened hours before the two women had their confrontation.

Abigail left to help her mother in Boston and during that time, she felt intense guilt. When Abigail returned to Salem, she gave Gwen an apology.

At that time, Gwen should have just blurted out the truth. Abigail would have been furious, but it would have prevented a lot of other issues. For one thing, Gwen hasn’t told Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) the truth about the miscarriage. When Jack wanted to know what Dr. Snyder had on Gwen, she claimed it was her history of being an escort. Of course, fans know that she has no such history.

Abigail already suspects that Gwen is lying and is determined to find out the truth.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Chad and Abigail will both look into the matter. Abigail will ask Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) for help. Abigail wants to look at Dr. Snyder’s items from his office if they haven’t been tossed already. Abigail thinks that she will find the answer somewhere in there.

Chad and Abigail do learn the truth and tell Jack. Gwen will suffer the consequences as her relationship with Jack is ruined. With Jack’s anger, Gwen has nobody on her side except Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). However, that will even go sour as Xander gets word that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) never left Salem with Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder). Instead, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) had her sent to a private island.

Once the truth comes out, Jack will likely try to rebuild his fractured relationship with Abigail. Plus, it is teased that “Chabby” will finally be able to move forward and have a new beginning. However, what does the future hold for Gwen? When she loses both Jack and Xander, could she become so bitter that she does something shocking – even by her standards? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out.
