Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) would-be-sometimes suitor Foster (Miles Anderson) could have a secret agenda surrounding Julie.

The older man may seem innocent, but appearances can be deceiving, as well as actions-Julie is quite well to do-might he be after her money?

Not The First Lovely Widow In Salem Who’s Had A Gold Digging Man After Her!

If Foster’s a gold digger, Julie hasn’t picked up on it yet and for Julie, that’s unusual, she usually can tell early on if something isn’t right with someone.

But she’s not the first lovely rich widow who’s had a gold digging man after her, if indeed Foster is one-who can forget Cat Greene’s (AnnaLynne McCord) grandfather?

Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) who it was much later revealed was Cat’s grandfather, whose daughter, Cat’s mother, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) thought he killed, almost married Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers).

But there was nothing that seemed innocent about Konstantin at all-his treachery was soon revealed, and Maggie smartly rejected him before the marriage.

Foster is a little more complicated and not as easy to read-in fact, no one would ever suspect him at all, especially since Julie has known him from frequenting the bookstore for years.

It’s a well-known fact that sometimes Julie’s biases, good or bad, influence her impressions of people and  their character, but what complicates it is that looks can be deceiving!

Foster may not be as innocent as he seems to be, and already, on their first casual dates, Julie’s had some surprises!

As much as they have in common regarding books and reading, Julie’s not into karaoke and certainly not into jalapeno poppers, although she graciously tried a couple as they dined!

Julie’s well-known biases certainly came into play when Foster asked her about going to karaoke, her telling him she would never consider that, being married to a professional singer!

But Doug Williams, (Bill Hayes) were he alive to express his opinion about that biased comment, would probably have said all singers have to get their start somewhere!

Foster Had Some Financial Needs, Claiming Chronic Kidney Disease

Foster had some financial needs, claiming chronic kidney disease and had to put his bookstore up for sale-Julie was a customer and offered to buy it, which she did.

He still works in the bookstore even though Julie now owns it, but it’s got to make you think-why, with the money from the sale, is he starting to romance Julie?

Granted, medical bills can be quite high for people with chronic diseases like Foster’s, but is he really after more money instead of a honey?

Julie has a good bias for Foster, will she be able to tell if he is trying to pull the wool over her eyes and romance her for her money? If she can’t, it’s sure that her family and friends will warn her!
