Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Freddie Smith On Sonny Marrying Leo, ‘There’s No Alternative’

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for the week of December 10 reveal there will be another wedding in Salem. However, it won’t be based on a relationship of love. These nuptials will be forced in Leo’s (Greg Rikaart) blackmail of Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith).

Leo is blackmailing Sonny, but it would be so much simpler if this were just about money. However, he is hanging an attempted murder charge over Sonny’s head. So far, he has tried to thwart Leo’s threats. Unfortunately, nothing has worked and it seems that Leo might win.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sonny And Leo’s Wedding

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that this week, Sonny and Leo will have a wedding officiated by Sheila (Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins). During an interview with Soap Opera Digest, actor Freddie Smith explained what is going through Sonny’s mind.

“Sonny doesn’t want to go to prison. He doesn’t want Will to get in trouble. He doesn’t want to leave Ari without a parent again. He doesn’t want Titan to be affected. Marrying Leo is the best way for this to be resolved. There’s no alternative.”

“DOOL” spoilers reveal that when Sonny agrees, Leo is delighted. He goes off to find someone to officiate the wedding. Meanwhile, Will and Sonny tell their parents the horrible news. One would think that Justin (Wally Kurth) would get Sonny out of this mess, especially since Justin is an attorney. However, Sonny explains that marrying Leo is the best decision for everyone.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – A Wedding Crasher

During the ceremony, someone surprising objects to the marriage. That individual turns out to be Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). However, his objections do nothing to stop the wedding. At the end of the day, Sonny continues to go through with it. Leo and Sonny officially tie the knot, but things are about to get worse.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Leo isn’t content just having the Kiriakis name and being legally known as Sonny’s husband. He wants Sonny to actually behave like a husband, both publicly and privately. However, that is where Sonny draws the line. He makes Leo spend their wedding night alone. Now, Sonny will try to come up with a way to get rid of Leo once and for all.
