Days of Our Lives Spoilers Friday, April 10: Sarah’s Baby Swap Horror, Wants Xander to Pay – Steve Can’t Remember Love for Kayla

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, April 10, tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will face the worst pain of her life. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) just admitted that Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton isn’t their daughter, but Sarah seems understandably confused. She has no way of knowing Eric’s bombshell is true and will change her world forever.

Eric will tell the difficult story of how their child died on Mother’s Day and was switched with Rachel DiMera Black at the hospital. Although Sarah won’t want to believe Eric initially, she’ll eventually have to face the facts. Sarah will see DNA evidence and learn Dr. Amanda Raynor (Victoria Platt) confessed to Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker).

Of course, Sarah will also find out Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) set this in motion. Xander promised Sarah there were no more secrets between them, but he was sitting on the biggest secret possible.

Across town, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will battle more grief. Losing Rachel DiMera Black was the hardest thing Kristen’s ever had to go through, but Rachel’s actually alive and well. DOOL’s setting up a beautiful mother-daughter reunion, but it’ll take some time before that plays out.

Meanwhile, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will battle some memory issues due to his surgery complications. He’ll have no recollection of his love for Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), so that’ll be pretty disheartening for Kayla to discover.

Fortunately, Days spoilers say Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will step up to help Steve. Marlena will think she has a way to bring all Steve’s memories back to the surface, so she’ll give it her best shot. Kayla will hold out hope that Steve will remember their love story – even if she’s not sure she wants to continue it just yet.
