Days of Our Lives Spoilers Friday, April 17: Orpheus Faces Rafe’s Gun – Marlena’s Alarm Bells – Evan’s Murder Prevented, Ben Relents

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, April 17, tease that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will draw his weapon. He just found Orpheus (George DelHoyo) waiting for him at home, so Rafe’s bound to think that this villain escaped. However, Zoey Burge (Kelly Thiebaud) insisted that Orpheus is a free man. Rafe isn’t in the loop yet, but Orpheus will be more than willing to gloat about his freedom.

Of course, Rafe could threaten to lock Orpheus back up over this break-in. Orpheus’ release doesn’t mean he can just go around barging into people’s homes! Nevertheless, Days spoilers say Orpheus want Rafe to put the gun down and have a man-to-man talk with him. They’ll spar over what’s best for David Ridgeway (Caleb and Kyler Ends), but they obviously won’t resolve anything.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Ciara Begs Ben Not To Kill Evan

Meanwhile, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will urge Ben to remember who he is now. Ben was certainly the kind of guy who would strangle people in the past – and that’s exactly what he’s doing to Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly) at the moment. Even so, Ciara will know Ben’s just enraged and in protective mode. Ben loves his nephew and doesn’t want Evan anywhere near him.

Ciara won’t want Ben doing anything he’ll regret, especially since it’d mean throwing their future away. Ben just got out of prison and reunited with Ciara, so he doesn’t need to land back behind bars for Evan’s murder! Thankfully, Ben will let go of Evan, who’ll fall to the ground gasping for air. Despite Ben’s violent outburst, Evan won’t be deterred from seeking custody of his son.

Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will have some updates for Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). After Justin admits he’s going to fight for Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), Steve may accept and respect that. Kayla’s a woman worth fighting for, so Steve should at least understand where Justin’s coming from.

Still, Steve’s crazy about Kayla and has no intention of giving up on his soulmate…yet. Things will start to shift for Steve next week, but he’ll be ready for fight at this point. As for Kayla, she’ll unload her problems during a conversation with Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves). Once Kayla reveals her messy thoughts and emotions, she’ll get some good guidance about following her heart.

Next, Jennifer will bump into Justin at Doug’s Place and acknowledge the awkward situation. Justin might guess that Jennifer’s rooting for Steve, but she’s ultimately on “Team Kayla.” The heart wants what it wants, so Kayla has to look in her own and figure out what her future looks like.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Marlena Gets Alarming News

Finally, DOOL spoilers say Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will get some alarming news. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will bring Marlena up to speed on Orpheus’ freedom, which should be quite concerning. Orpheus has made Marlena suffer in the past, so she’ll fret about more turmoil. Naturally, John won’t want Marlena to worry her pretty little head. As far as John’s concerned, they can tackle anything together!
