‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, August 1: Elevator Bonding, Couple Switcheroo, Rachel Quizzed

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Friday, August 1, 2025! Fans can expect Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to bond in their stuck elevator.

Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) both try to move on with someone new.

Cat Greene’s Elevator Bonding.

Let’s start off with Cat and Chad, who are stuck in an elevator at the hospital. Things have been a tad awkward between them lately.

Actually, ever since Cat agreed to take one last mission for the ISA. Chad knew something was up when Cat suddenly asked him to pick up Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia).

Then, Cat got suspicious again when he encountered Cat talking to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Now to be stuck in an elevator, Cat and Chad could be there for several hours.

With nothing but tension, awkwardness, and the small enclosed space, some things could come out. Cat might blurt something out about her real side job. Of course, it’s also possible that they will literally find love in an elevator!

Couple Switcheroo

Over with Xander and Sarah, they have signed divorce papers. A judge still has to sign off and the paperwork has to be filed, but they are one step closer to divorcing.

Meanwhile, Xander will dine with Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (last played by Peter Porte). As for Sarah, she bonds with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).

Rachel Black Quizzed

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, August 1 reveal that Rachel will get questioned. Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) trial is wrapping up.

However, Marlena will start to wonder if Rachel knows than she initially claimed. Maybe Rachel sleeps over and talks in her sleep again. In any case, many fans have suspected Rachel from the beginning!

In the next episode, fans will also see EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) drop some hints about his big plans. Rafe and Cat just discussed trying to figure out what EJ plans for the hospital.

They don’t have any evidence of wrongdoing, but the ISA thinks it’s something massive. Since John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) death and Johnny’s arrest, Marlena has been taking a lot of time off. That makes it harder for Cat to dig for information.

However, with Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) coming back, could she recognize Cat?
