Let’s start with Chanel, who is in the hospital in labor. While the lady did start to dilate, she has also been waiting for the actual pushing to begin.

It sounds like the doctors were right to have everyone replenish the blood bank. If Chanel is bleeding and the chemo makes her blood less durable for labor, she could be in real medical danger. However, I have a feeling that Chanel will get her baby this time.
Cycle of Life
Over with Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford), she’s not going to be so lucky. The woman is facing death all over again. Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) is hoping that doctors can help his mother stay alive a little longer.
However, it doesn’t sound good. In fact, the spoilers confirm Salem will see the cycle of life, which indicates a birth as well as a death.

Tragic Memories
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, August 21 reveal that Chanel’s delivery complications will bring up painful memories for Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers). As fans recall, ELANI lost a baby boy before they had twins.
Eli and Lani could get closer as they think about their baby that didn’t make it. It might also have Lani praying so hard that her sister doesn’t have to go through that same grief.
I can’t see the writers making Chanel lose yet another baby, so I’m hoping for a successful delivery.
What Else to Expect
As for what else to expect, Theo and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) might get to say one final goodbye to Lexie. However, Theo’s rage at everyone could have long-reaching consequences.
As for EJ, he will get interrogated. It seems that all of EJ’s lies and secrets are starting to unravel.
However, will he actually get punished, or could the character find a way to earn redemption? At this point, I’m not sure if redemption is even possible, so stay tuned!
