Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Friday, January 23, 2026. Fans can expect Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) to get disturbing news. Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) turns to Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) for help.

Javi Hernandez Disturbed

Let’s start off with Javi, who will get some disturbing information. This could be about Leo. Perhaps Leo and Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) are spotted together.

However, this disturbing news could also be about his father’s surgery. What if Javi goes only to find out that his father is fine? What if this is just a ruse by Dimitri to separate Javi and Leo?

In any case, it sounds like Javi might not leave town just yet.

Leo Stark’s Elimination Plan

As for Leo, he knows that the Dimitri situation has ruined his happily ever after with Javi. Leo also knows that Dimitri isn’t going anywhere and likely won’t stop.

So, Leo turns to Gwen for a very big favor. The journalist wants his former BFF to make Dimitri disappear again. However, with Dimitri already accusing Gwen of having him kidnapped, that is a very risky move.

Cat Greene’s Break-In Attempt

Days of Our Lives spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is still out of town. This gives Cat a little more time to gather intel.

Cat will attempt a break-in, but attempt is the keyword. It sounds like Cat’s crime might get thwarted by something or someone!

Chanel Dupree Dimera & Theo Carver Bond

Over at the hospital, Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will pay Theo another visit. The girl will likely fill Theo in on the christening of the baby.

Chanel might also let Theo know that she talked things through with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).

Meanwhile, Theo might open up about his recent chat with JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss). I’m really happy that they finally smoothed things over.

Johnny DiMera’s Big Tip

As for Johnny, he manages to give some kind of tip to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). I wonder what Johnny finds out and how it could affect the case.

It could also have Johnny disappearing without a trace. Some people might assume that Johnny fled to avoid taking care of another baby. However, fans know that Johnny truly felt bad about it.

In any case, Johnny tipping Rafe off could have some unexpected consequences, so stay tuned!
