Days of Our Lives Spoilers Friday, May 22: Steve Worries Orpheus Will Murder John – Chad & Abby’s Tough Choices – Zoey’s Hiding Something

NBC Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers updates for Friday, May 22, tease that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) will have to work out the details of what’s next. Chad doesn’t want Abigail to feel all alone when she receives her treatment in Florida, so she’s assured her that they’re in this together.

However, Abigail also doesn’t want to move the kids away when they’re already settled in Salem. She still feels like the kids need their dad, so Chad and Abigail will have to find a solution. It looks like that solution will involve spending some time with Abigail in Florida AND spending some time with the children at home.

Chad can easily fly back and forth, so that’d be a good plan here. Whatever the case, Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm Chad will remain on Days after Abigail departs next week. Although Chad will support Abigail in Florida, he’ll be part of the action in an upcoming summer story.

In the meantime, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will once again try to score some help from David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends). Orpheus (George DelHoyo) will catch David before the tot can untie John, so this escape will be thwarted. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Orpheus will have some devious moves in mind – and none of them may work out well for John!

That’s why it’s important to get a rescue mission underway ASAP. Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will warn Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) that John could end up dead if they don’t work fast. Orpheus hates John with a passion and could end his enemy permanently – even if Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) gives Orpheus the money he’s demanded.

Next on Days of Our Lives, Zoey Burge (Alyshia Ochse) will have something else to hide. What is it with Orpheus’ family and all their secrets?! Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) has struggled to put any kind of faith in Zoey, and his instincts seem right. DOOL spoilers say Zoey will keep one more secret to herself, so it’ll be interesting to see what that is and how it affects this mission.
