It all began when Lani Price (Sal Stowers) accidentally killed Gabi’s husband Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) in the crossfire. And even though Lani was aiming for his mother instead, Gabi has been hellbent on getting revenge on her for killing the love of her life.

That’s when she decided to get in between her and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and destroy their wedding before it even happened. She gave Lani no choice but to walk away from Eli on their wedding day by threatening to kill his beloved grandmother, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes).

Since then, the tables have certainly turned on Gabi. After Julie managed to ‘stage’ her own fake heart attack, Gabi confessed the entire truth. Not only did Eli end up dumping her then, but the entire town of Salem turned their back on her as well.

To complicate matters, even more, Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Gabi has managed to gain a formidable enemy in Lani’s new best friend, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). And knowing what kind of person Kristen is, she certainly gave Gabi a good piece of her mind.

So, with not many friends left and no place to go, what is Gabi going to do next? Fortunately for her, she does have some options. However, one of them is going to land her back in the hospital. Gabi will end up doing a very good deed in order to save someone else’s life, but all the while saving her own during the same time, too.
