Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Gabi Pregnant? Having Stefan’s Baby Helps Ease Gabi’s Pain!

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus) has some rough times ahead of her. Gabi and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) had just recently put their animosity aside and were about to enjoy their new life as husband and wife when fate stepped in and ended Gabi’s newfound happiness with Stefan before it could really even begin.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Stefan DiMera died to save his mother.

As viewers know, Stefan and Gabi were hiding Stefan’s mother, Vivian Alamaine (Robin Strasser) from the authorities. But once the police found out that Vivian shot and almost killed Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) they went on a manhunt to apprehend Vivian before she could escape. Lani Price (Sal Stowers) cornered Vivian, and Vivian drew her gun, making it clear that she would shoot Lani in order to escape. Lani fired her weapon, but Stefan arrived just in time to jump in front of his mother. Stefan ended up with a gunshot wound to the neck and has taken to University Hospital. Stefan was eventually declared brain dead and taken off life support, and Gabi was devastated!

DOOL Spoilers – A new baby

But perhaps, Gabi will soon discover that she and Stefan conceived a child before he passed. This would be a miracle for Gabi, because not only has Gabi been told that she will have a difficult time conceiving, but a child with Stefan might ease the pain of losing her husband just a little bit. Right now, Gabi is angry with the world, justifiably so, for taking Stefan from her. She agreed to allow Julie Williams (Susan Seathford Hayes) to have Stefan’s heart, but only after making Lani get on her knees and beg her for it.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Nothing will replace the love of her life

A while nothing can replace Stefan in Gabi’s heart, a new son or daughter will give Gabi purpose and allow her to eventually move on. Gabi never thought she would be able to have another child, so it’s likely she will see this as a miracle. Being able to someday give her daughter Ariana a little brother or sister should bring some amount of joy to Gabi.
