Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Gabi Pressures Kate To Clear Stefan’s Name

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) is going to pressure Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) to come clean in Wednesday, July 17th’s episode of Days of Our Lives! As Days of Our Lives viewers know, Kate and Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini) were pressured at the cost of their lives to blame their kidnappings on Stefan by Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) when it was really her, masquerading as Nicole Walker (Adrienne Zucker) that committed the crimes.

Gabi and Kate had discussed Nicole’s strange behavior previously, before the kidnappings and Gabi had also discussed her suspicions that “Nicole” was behind the kidnappings with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) in a previous episode of Days of Our Lives, although he was having a hard time totally believing it.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Gabi Wants To Protect Stefan

Gabi has begun falling in love with Stefan, and of course when a person truly loves someone, they want to protect the loved person. So Gabi will want to do everything she can to keep Stefan from being blamed for Ted and Kate’s kidnapping.

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that when Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) followed Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) to the DiMera mansion in Friday’s episode, and found the outside garden entrance to the tunnels by pulling on some loose grapes on a statue, once they were upstairs in the living room Kate kept telling her “A DiMera” did it but didn’t give a name.

Ted finally named Stefan as the culprit, but even though Kate wouldn’t have cared about correctness of which DiMera, Days of Our Lives viewers could tell that both Ted and Kate were frightened according to their body language and the looks on their faces, and Kate was hoping that Hope would take her hint that she meant someone else other than Stefan.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Kristen Presumed Dead

As far as Hope and most of the residents of Salem know, Stefan is the only link to the evil DiMeras in the late Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) family; Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is a good guy and doesn’t even live in Salem anymore; Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) is presumed dead, Stefano of course can be presumed dead unless the Days of Our Lives powers that be recast him; and then of course there is Kristen, also presumed dead but obviously not dead!

Both Ted and Kate know that Kristen is not only alive, but masquerading as Nicole Walker, whereas Gabi has only seen her in the disguise. Gabi will continue to try to convince Kate to come clean about “Nicole” being to blame for Kate and Ted’s kidnapping, but will she come clean about her really being Kristen as well?
