Rolf might have two patients if Gabi walked in to find Stefan alive and well. After all, Gabi donated Stefan’s heart and he was supposed to be brain dead. Gabi would naturally assume that it was Jake and not Stefan. How would Gabi react when she learned the truth? Gabi would likely pass out and need Rolf’s help herself. If that happened, Stefan would probably be gone when she awoke or Gabi would be back at the hotel.
