Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Gwen having some major decisions to make about her future with her father — and with Xander.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Gwen Rizcech Just Wants Xander Cook To Be Free

The last thing Gwen Rizcech (Emily O’Brien) wants is to see Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) go to jail. Yes, he did a bad thing when he kidnapped Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) and Bonnie Lockhart Kiriakis (Judi Evans), and then kidnapped Bonnie again to fool her. However, even Bonnie is refusing to press charges against Xander and wants to give him a second chance. She spent time in Statesville and knows how bad it can be. Xander also knows and neither one want to see him go back there.

Still, the DA thinks she has a case and when Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) refuses to be a witness for the prosecution, the only person left is Gwen and she certainly doesn’t want to testify against Xander. She is shocked when she learns she may not have a choice. If she doesn’t testify she can lose Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford)love.

According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Gwen is stunned when Jack tells her that if she doesn’t do what the DA needs of her, then he will disown her. She can’t believe Jack would act like this about a man who has been his friend for several years now. It’s not like Jack has led a stellar life so she is not sure why he’d be so harsh about Xander. She also wants to keep her dad in her life after just finding him.

“It kind of alters her perception of Jack, presenting this to her,” Emily O’Brien said in the February 6, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “She’s like, ‘Understand where I’m coming from. Xander could end up in prison. Do you want that for him? And are you ready to let go of me?'”

Gwen may learn that Jack is indeed ready to let go of her if she doesn’t do what he perceives to be the right thing. Seeing Jack in this new light just may turn Gwen away from him and more toward Xander, especially with things seeming more hopeless than ever for Xander and his estranged wife, Sarah Horton Cook (Linsey Godfrey).
