Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal there will be differing opinions on what happens with Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) heart. After he dies, will Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) agree to give Stefan’s heart to Julie Williams? There are two people who are against the idea: Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith).

DOOL spoilers reveal Stefan dies while trying to save his mother from being shot. Vivian Alamain (Robin Strasser) is saved, but her son loses his life. Gabi is distraught and can’t believe she is a widow so soon after marrying Stefan.

Not wanting to let go, Gabi asks Dr. Rolf (William Utay) to inject Stefan with the serum that brought back other dead Salemites. As much as he loves to use that serum, he might not agree.

DOOL Spoilers – Julie Williams Might Get Stefan DiMera’s Heart

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Julie needs a heart transplant quickly. Time is running out for the matriarch. The original plan was to give her Kate Roberts DiMera’s (Lauren Koslow) heart. However, Dr. Rolf injected the comatose woman with the serum and right before the surgery, she woke up.

This shatters everyone’s hope of Julie getting a new heart. However, with Stefan’s death, could Julie end up getting his heart? This is what Commissioner Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) is hoping for. HE thinks it’s the answer to everyone’s prayers. In fact, it is hinted that Eli asks Gabi for a big favor and we think this might be it.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Will Horton and Sonny Kiriakis’ Plea

However, not everyone is eager for Stefan’s heart to be put into Julie’s body. Two of these people include Will and Sonny. It isn’t explained why they oppose the idea, but we have a few ideas.

One possibility is that Gabi will be reminded of Stefan every time she looks at Julie. Could it bring up feelings of resentment? Could it make her grief last longer? Maybe “Wilson” worries about the heart being held over Julie’s head the next time there is a fight?

The more likely possibility is that Will and Sonny know what happened when Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) received Dr. Daniel Jonas’ (Shawn Christian) heart. Brady ended up having the thoughts, memories and emotions that belonged to Daniel. Perhaps they worry that Stefan’s evil heart will have a negative effect on Julie.
