DOOL spoilers reveal that Nicole runs into Eric, who is out with his newly adopted son. According to Vaughan’s interview with Soap Opera Digest, Eric and Sloan named their baby “Jude.”
However, when Nicole holds baby Jude, she sees her own son. Of course, Eric tries to tell Nicole that they aren’t the same baby.
Eventually, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) comes across a hysterical Nicole with Eric and the baby. Nicole tries to tell EJ that Eric’s baby is their child. Of course, EJ assumes that Nicole is having trouble accepting her baby’s death.
While on that note, EJ just seems like the type of guy who would say, “All babies look alike” or something equally douche-ish. In any case, Nicole won’t let this go even if she pretends to.

DOOL Spoilers – Holly Jonas’ Intel
After EJ gets Nicole home, Holly gets involved. Nicole confides in Holly about her suspicions after holding Eric and Sloan’s adopted baby. Nicole tells Holly exactly why she thinks Sloan has her child.
Nicole knows that people don’t believe her, but she needs someone who does until she can prove the truth. Holly will not only be a sounding board but will put her manipulative and devious skills to good use.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Holly decides to go see Eric. Holly tells Eric what Nicole said about the baby. Eric will probably explain to Holly that it’s impossible that he adopted Nicole’s “dead” baby.

However, Eric will decide to go ahead and get a DNA test done on the baby. In Eric’s mind, this will resolve Nicole’s accusation toward Sloan.
DOOL Spoilers – Sloan Petersen’s Downfall
Not only does Eric get a DNA test done on the baby, but he does it without Sloan’s knowledge. This isn’t intentional on Eric’s part at all. Eric tries to talk to Sloan about it, but she has to rush out to save Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart).
After all, Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) is threatening to sing like a canary!
So, Sloan doesn’t hear about the DNA test. Even though Eric hesitates, he doesn’t think anything will come of it that will affect his new family. So, just imagine how Eric will react when the DNA test comes back!
