Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Hope & Ted Kiss While Rafe’s Away – Rope Marriage Over?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope Hernandez (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) may be headed for some serious marital problems. They’ve had a tough time lately, with Rafe jealous of Hope’s relationship with Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini) and Hope jealous of Sami DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) ever-present pull on Rafe.

Of course, Hope insists that there is nothing going on with her and Ted, and Rafe insists that there’s nothing going on with him and Sami, but neither of them believe the other. Rafe can see with his own eyes that Ted is making a play for Hope, but Hope refuses to acknowledge that she’s gotten close to Ted.

That frustrates Rafe about as much as Hope’s ongoing obsession with putting Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) away. Hope has gone “rogue” in her quest to put Ben behind bars and has bent the law on more than one occasion. Rafe disapproves, and it doesn’t help that some of this involved colluding with Ted.

Now that Rafe is off in Europe helping Sami with her kids, Hope is going to have some free time on her hands, and it looks like she’s going to spend some of it with Ted. They’ll continue to associate together, and Hope may continue to use Ted to try to get to Ben.

This is dangerous ground for Hope, especially since Days spoilers say that Ted will soon comfort Hope with a big smooch. Of course, whether Hope kisses Ted back remains to be seen, but this will be a big moment for Hope. Ted will basically be confirming what Rafe has been saying all along…that Ted’s after Hope.

But will Hope start to develop feelings for Ted? She certainly feels gratitude toward him, since he has been more helpful in her plan to put Ben behind bars than Rafe has ever been. One thing’s for sure, we seem to be looking at more trouble in “Rope’s” marriage, especially if Rafe ever finds out about the kiss.
