With all the exciting announcements lately, it was assumed that she was the next to leave. However, she responded to comments on her post and made the suggestion that she wasn’t leaving the NBC soap opera.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Gabi will be arrested for drugging Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi). She will go on trial and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will return to make sure Gabi goes away for her crimes. However, it is teased that she isn’t really guilty and the true villain will be exposed.

Is Actress Leaving?

As far as we know, Banus isn’t leaving the NBC soap opera. Gabi already has had one storyline in which she went to prison for a crime she didn’t commit. So, it would be overkill to have it happen all over again. But then again, there are only so many unique storylines that writers can come up with. So, a repeat plot isn’t totally out of the question. Plus, it’s possible we will get the shocking news of yet another actor exiting when summer hits.

      I think you are getting rid of too many people. If they have to go, let them leave for some other destination. People coming back from the dead is really getting old.

      Gabi is not guilty and should not go back to prison again for something she did not do! IF you keep Gabi on Days, and let her go to Prison, she would come back Worse than what you have written her now, and I love Gabi too much for her to be the worst Villian on Days! She deserves some happiness. She is not Pure Evil as some think, she is just lost, needs loved, and left alone with that love for a while. Gee give Gabi a Break.
