EJ has emerged as the primary source of conflict in Salem-it seems EJ is involved in far too many storylines, leading some viewers to feel that it’s becoming excessive!

Ej Has Always Been A Captivating And Conniving Character

EJ has always been a captivating  and conniving character, but soap operas require a certain level of balance. With EJ caught up in all these intense plots, there’s less airtime available for other characters on Days.

He played a significant part in Lexie Carver’s (Nikki Crawford) return and is now facing potential backlash as she faces death once more.

Additionally, EJ has been accused of targeting Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). While Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) is truly responsible for Gwen’s disappearance, EJ has still been implicated and drawn into this narrative as a result.

Are Fans Having An EJ Overdose?

DOOL fans can’t shake off memories of EJ’s rivalry with Titan, Gabi Hernandez’s (Cherie Jimenez) emerging suspicions tied to DiMera, or the ongoing Coriseal turmoil.

EJ has gone so far as to frame Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) by sneaking pills into her bag, pulling Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) into his murky drug scandal as well.

To add to the drama, EJ is embroiled in a fierce conflict with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), aiming to send her off to the DiMera private island.

Additionally, there’s EJ’s entanglement with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), who is secretly scheming against him while gaining his trust.

EJ’s Into Everything!

It seems like EJ is omnipresent and entangled in nearly every storyline in town! The situation is becoming overwhelming, especially since Days already explored a similar narrative last year.

The writers are portraying EJ as the ultimate villain, reminiscent of when he was at the center of the shooter mystery.

What’s the rationale behind revisiting this plot and steering EJ down a dark path once more? While there’s a chance EJ could learn from his mistakes this time, it’s hard to believe he’ll genuinely abandon his nefarious ways for good.

It Would Be Nice For EJ To Pay For His Sins For A Change!

Nonetheless, it would certainly be refreshing to witness EJ experience a genuine reckoning, particularly given his involvement in numerous nefarious plots that have caused a great deal of suffering. Do you feel that EJ is currently overrepresented on Days?
