DOOL Spoilers – Orpheus Strapped A Bomb To Jennifer Deveraux
Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that the last time Orpheus had terrorized Salem, after escaping prison with Clyde Weston, (James Read) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) he had arranged to have bombs set up all over Salem. The bombs went off, injuring several people, and when Orpheus threatened to blow up the Brady Pub, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) surrendered himself to Orpheus, but little did he know that Orpheus had one of his men place a bomb vest on Jennifer.
Orpheus took John to the penthouse where John transferred twenty million dollars in his untraceable account. He revealed to John that he blamed him and the rest of Salem and the ISA for alienating him from his children because they made him out to be a monster. Apparently things have changed between Orpheus and his children, Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly) and Zoey Burge (Kelly Thiebaud) since that time.
This was after Clyde had struck off on his own and kidnapped Thomas Deveraux (Asher Morrissette) and intended to finish killing Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) for Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) who was in prison at the time. Xander had taken off and fled to Greece. Jennifer was eventually saved, the bomb vest having been neutralized. But she never has forgotten the fear of the bombs going off all around her, and knowing that she could be next! This was during the time that Jack had been presumed dead. So of course, Jennifer is unnerved, knowing that such a dangerous criminal is alive, and walking the streets of Salem!
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Jennifer Deveraux Will Be Shocked Finding Out Orpheus Had Been Involved In The Kidnapping Of David Ridgeway

Jennifer will be shocked upon finding out that Orpheus had been involved in the kidnapping of David Ridgeway (Caleb and Kyler Ends) even though she and Jack are not close friends with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), Salem is a pretty small town and it is highly likely that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will be told the story also, likely by John. Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will likely hear about it too, although she is not directly involved with Rafe anymore, she will hear plenty from her daughter, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal).
Rafe will likely want anyone who was harmed by Orpheus before to have police protection, and he will more than likely assign someone to watch Jenn as well as Ciara, especially since she was so closely involved with bringing Christian Maddox aka Evan Frears to justice – or, trying to. As Days of Our Lives, viewers will recall, the case against him was dropped because of his confession having been under duress.
With Ciara holding a gun to his back at Statesville Prison in front of the warden and many guards when Ben was in the execution chamber and nearly died, and would have, had she not got there in time. It was enough to get Ben exonerated but Christian couldn’t be tried for Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Stause) murder. A police guard might help Jennifer feel a little safer, but no amount of guards will help with her traumatic memories!
