DOOL spoilers reveal that Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) agreed to keep Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) doing her part in prison. She would also keep Kristen DiMera’s (also played by Haiduk) big switch a secret. In exchange, Kristen has to split up Jake and Kate. She ended up locking up Kate in a secret room while putting on a mask to impersonate the Salemite. The fake Kate dumped Jake, which completely confused him. Sure, they had their issues with jealousy but Kate had no intention of giving up her man.

Jake is going to open his heart to Gabi and tell her how he really feels. He has been in denial for a long time. However, it seems that Gabi will try to play it cool for the time being. She doesn’t want to jump into Jake’s arms right that very minute. She wants him to sweat it out for a bit first.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of May 10 confirm that Jake and Gabi declare their love for each other. Gabi is overjoyed to finally have the man that she hasn’t been able to get out of her mind. She even slept with Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) hoping that it would let her move on. Naturally, the minute she hopped into bed with Philip was when Jake finally realized the truth about his heart.
DOOL Spoilers – Bombshell Announcement
After Jake and Gabi admit they love each other, the real Kate will suddenly show up. He rips into Jake for believing Kristen’s impersonation of her. She will also be blown away by Jake immediately rebounding with Gabi. She thought that their relationship meant more to him. However, don’t expect Kate to want him back. First of all, Kate doesn’t beg and second of all, she refuses to be the second choice. In her mind, that’s what Jake has proven. That he wasn’t in love with her, that she was just a placeholder until he felt like admitting his love for Gabi.
Even though this is yet another relationship that doesn’t work out for Kate, she won’t be single for long. Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) has been thinking about Kate. He mentioned rekindling their romance to the fake Kate, who turned him down. However, perhaps the real Kate will consider the offer. Who would you like to see Kate with once Jake and Gabi reunite?
