Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Jake’s Serum Complication – What Happens To Stefan?

NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates for the week of July 13 reveal that Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) takes Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) serum. However, both Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) reel over the complications. What happens to Jake aka Stefan DiMera when he takes the serum?

DOOL spoilers reveal that Vivian and Gabi work together to try and get Jake to remember that he is Stefan. However, their efforts haven’t been successful so far. Gabi is positive that the only way to help “Stefan” is to give him Dr. Rolf’s serum. Knowing she can’t get her hands on the real stuff, Gabi and Vivian come up with a plan to find someone who does.

They end up recruiting Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow), who gets them what they need. Then, Gabi manages to convince Jake to take the serum.

DOOL Spoilers – Vivian Alamain’s Shock

It is teased that once the serum takes effect, Vivian and Gabi find out the truth about Jake. It isn’t disclosed what exactly that truth is, but it sends both Vivian and Gabi reeling. So, this seems to indicate that Jake doesn’t remember he is Stefan.

Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that this will just be something else that will frustrate Gabi. She feels that Stefan made her life complete and then he was suddenly stolen from her. Everything that has happened to her since she blames on Stefan’s death, which was accidentally caused by Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers). She was positive that the serum would bring back her dead husband.

It is speculated that when Jake takes the serum, he could not remember being Jake at all, but just remember being himself. But what about the DNA comparison results? Well, identical twins share the same DNA, so that is a possibility. It would also explain why Jake doesn’t remember being Stefan — because he never was.

Another theory is that Jake remembers being Stefan, but doesn’t recall Gabi. However, it is unclear why this would send Vivian reeling since she never liked Gabi and preferred her son with Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva). Remember, he met Vivian as an adult and changed his name to Stefan O. DiMera after meeting his birth mother. So, he can’t remember being Stefan and not remember Vivian.

Perhaps Jake remembers everything and knows he is Stefan. But what if he intentionally faked his death in order to get away from both Vivian and Gabi? It doesn’t seem possible since he loved them both. He tried to avenge his mother’s death and was madly in love with Gabi. But there might be events that took place that were not played out on screen, so we will have to keep watching to find out the real story.
