However, if the character does recover and return to Salem, the show will have to find another actor to play the part. The soap alum made it clear that he’s never returning to Hollywood, let alone DOOL.

DOOL spoilers reveal that fans have been asking for EJ to come back somehow ever since he died. At the time, he was injected with a green mystery serum. Then, Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) kept getting clues that he was alive. She was right and he is in an institution in Europe because the resurrection injection didn’t exactly “take” with EJ. However, we haven’t seen the character on-screen.

With Sami coming back for a long, emotional story, this led to fans wondering if that could mean EJ would finally come back. Viewers have a hard time imagining anyone else by Scott in the role. After a lot of online buzzes, one fan finally reached out to Scott on Instagram and asked him to come back to the soap. However, they didn’t get the response that they hoped for.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Scott runs a website called The Whisper Within and has an Instagram account by the same name. He posted a picture of himself with Deepak Chopra. In the comments, one follower asked Scott to come back to the soap and got this response,

“Hi – thank you for joining me here, please know that I will never. Never. Never. Never. Never. Go back to Hollywood let alone DOOL. There is nothing interesting there for me.”

DOOL Spoilers – Finding Peace and Happiness

Some are disappointed that Scott will never come back to the NBC soap again and isn’t even interested in acting. However, he seems to have found profound inner peace and joy, which is what life is all about in the end. So, with that, we wish him the best and are happy that he has found his purpose.

      Lol never say never. Only fools say never. I half think his response was insulting and half think he has to be blunt to get through to hardcore fans.
