Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Jan Turns Marlena’s Tape Over To Trask Who Pressures John

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers suggest that Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will begin to pressure John Black (Drake Hogestyn). It seems that Trask knows that John saw something at Charlie Dale’s (Mike Manning) apartment and Trask wants to know what it was. However, John didn’t offer this information to Trask, how did she get the information and can she use it in the murder case?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – John Black Saw Charlie Dale’s Murder

Days of Our Lives John saw Charlie’s murder when he went to the apartment to confront him the night he died. John saw his daughter Belle Black’s (Martha Madison) coat on the person who shot Charlie and assumes that his daughter is the killer. However, John blacked this information out and didn’t realize it until Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) hypnotized him recently. Unfortunately, Jan has gotten her hands on the tape and it seems she just may turn it over to the district attorney. Of course, Marlena’s tapes cannot be used unless they are obtained by a court order legally. That isn’t going to stop Trask from trying to force John to testify against his daughter.

DOOL Spoilers – John Black’s Testimony Can Be Forced

Days of Our Lives Trask can try to force John to testify at the trial. However, John could very easily claim to not remember anything that was discovered in the session as well. The tape cannot be legally used in court if it was stolen from Marlena’s office. Doctor’s records, including tapes, are not usually able to be used in court because it is private medical information, but there is a stipulation about crimes in those laws. Could John be forced to reveal what he knows? Could Trask be able to use the tape in court?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Jan Spears Is The Only One With Access

Days of Our Lives Marlena had locked the tape from her session with John in her office where it should have been safe. Jan had recently come into the office as well. Marlena could realize that Jan is the only one who could have found the tape and then find evidence of her stealing it from the office. Trask could also reveal how the tape came to be in her possession. Can Belle push to have this evidence suppressed?

Belle is going to have to find a good attorney unless she plans to represent herself. However, she needs someone who can shoot down the evidence that her father thought he saw her kill Charlie. Can Belle find a way to refuse this damning evidence?
