Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Hiding Her Grief

Jennifer has been taking opioids for months, trying to hold it together over the murder of her daughter Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller). She obviously has only been pretending to be the strong one, picking out the dress and jewelry for Abigail to be buried in. She and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) went to Abigail and Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) room together, but he was falling apart.

Now it looks like it’s been the pills that have been holding Jennifer together all these months, yet when she hears there’s a suspect in custody she takes more. Jack takes off, and then Jennifer sees a ghostly Abigail after taking the pills.

DOOL Spoilers – Collision Course

Jennifer doesn’t know if what she’s seeing is really her daughter from beyond the grave, or a hallucination; she likely feels she’s lost her mind. Jennifer then decides to take a drive, even though it’s way after dark and things go terribly wrong. The amount of pills she has taken has put her over the edge, and when she finally comes home, Jack and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) are terribly concerned.

According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Jennifer is not at all herself, she’s not hurt, but soon the word gets out that she wasn’t the only one on the road. Two other cars swerve to avoid her, one Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) driving and one with EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) and his mother, Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk); one crashes and explodes.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Long Lasting Fallout

Jennifer has tried to hide how out of control she has been, and how little she feels she can trust others with her problems. The unfinished business that haunts the Deveraux family as a result of that night and the horrible crash will last a long time. They will be revisited again and again by this incident and it will open old wounds and create many secrets.

If the truth came out, Jennifer could easily face charges of driving while impaired and possibly motor vehicle homicide; if she realizes she’s at fault, she may have more trouble. The driver of the car who goes over the cliff cannot possibly survive; and that death will affect many in Salem as well.
