Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Jennifer’s Apology, Gwen’s Forgiveness

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Soap Opera Digest that Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will apologize to Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). Jennifer will have a flashback to the night she drove high and remember running Gwen over, she’ll feel terrible but Gwen will forgive her.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Gwen Rizczech’s First Visitor

Gwen’s first visitor in the hospital, aside from Salem Police Commissioner Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and her father, Jack Deveraux (Jack Ashford) is Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). While Leo is visiting her, she remembers who hit her and that Jennifer was behind the wheel; he immediately proposes to go to Jack and blackmail him. Leo thinks that blackmailing Jack over not disclosing that Jennifer ran over Gwen is a great idea, but Gwen disagrees and refuses.

Gwen is completely against the idea of blackmailing Jack and taking advantage of her father in such a stressful time. Revenge against Jennifer is the furthest thing from her mind, because indeed, she tried to help her, since her own mother had problems with addiction.

DOOL Spoilers – Leo Stark Won’t Give Up

Leo won’t give up his “brilliant scheme” to extort money from Jack to keep quiet that Jennifer ran over Gwen. Gwen argues, telling Leo she is in a good place with her father and she doesn’t want to mess it up. Leo goes to Jack on his own and attempts to blackmail him, telling what he learned from Gwen and demanding money for Gwen’s silence. Later, Jack will visit Gwen and she’ll promise to put a stop to Leo’s blackmailing if she possibly can, knowing she can’t control him. But at the same time, Jack can see that Gwen is doing everything she can to redeem herself, remembering that she told him about the pills, wanting to help Jennifer.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Gwen Rizczech Forgives

Jennifer gets a memory of hitting Gwen when she talks to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and tells him she is going to rehab for her pill addiction. She immediately heads over to the hospital to apologize to Gwen for running her over and explains she was high. Gwen is very understanding, and forgives her, understanding what addicts go through because of her mother and also understands why Jennifer went there because of the loss of her daughter.

Gwen and Jennifer come to a new understanding because of this, and Jennifer tells her she’s turning herself into the police. Gwen stops her, because she knows how much pain Jennifer is in and she doesn’t need a prison she needs rehab, and healing; and knows she didn’t realize what she’d done.
