It is teased that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) finds Gwen injured. So, Rafe might stop by to give an update on Abigail DiMera’s (formerly played by Marci Miller) murder investigation and finds Gwen lying there.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Gwen will be taken to the emergency room to get examined. Xander will be surprised when Gwen is brought into the hospital. Despite how much Gwen has done to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), there is probably a part of Xander that still cares about his ex. So, Xander will try to find out what happened to her.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Unexpected Reconnection?

Even though Xander got Sarah back recently, it was only because of Maggie Horton Kiriakis’ (Suzanne Rogers) prodding. It didn’t seem as if Sarah truly forgave Xander. Plus, Sarah has pretty high expectations for someone like Xander.

Even though Gwen has done terrible things, she seems to understand Xander better and accepts his flaws. In fact, that is what connected them in the first place. So, Gwen’s hospitalization could be the first step to reclaiming Xander. The question is will Xander betray Sarah or could this unfold another way?

It’s possible that Xander and Sarah might both head in different directions. After all, Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) is coming back to Salem and never stopped loving Sarah. So, that could also provide an opening for Xander and Gwen to get back together.
