Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) will trick Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) and set her up with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams). In the process, he’ll spite Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Wendy will be caught between the two!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Different Time, Different Triangle
When Joey and Tripp first met Wendy in Seattle, on Beyond Salem 2, they were both dazzled by the baby sister of then DiMera CEO Li Shin (Remington Hoffman). Not only was she computer smart she was street smart, and dazzled both of them with her martial arts skills and hacking skills. Thanks to Wendy, they were able to find their father, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) who had been kidnapped by a henchman of Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson)-supposedly dead for years.
But now it’s a different time, a different Salem and a different triangle; Joey’s dating someone else and tells Tripp to go for it with Wendy. In the meantime, Johnny and Wendy have also gotten close and she’s going to be in the middle of their rivalry.
DOOL Spoilers – Matchmaker, Matchmaker, Let’s Light The Match
Tripp would never be pushy with Wendy, and he and Johnny have already got into a near fist fight Wendy broke up over their Tripp’s mother killing Johnny’s grandmother. Both men were sensitive and in pain, and now that Johnny’s other grandmother and Tripp’s stepmother have died, they’re each in even worse pain. Joey of course is in pain over the loss of his mother Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) as well, so the situation is still more than a little bit sensitive.

But Joey decides to get pushy and a little manipulative and sets Wendy and Tripp up together. He wants to make sure Wendy is with Tripp, not Johnny the DiMera; with Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) role in Kayla’s death Joey is down on DiMeras!
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Nothing Wrong With A Little Valentine Villainy
Of course, Joey’s not going to think of his manipulation as anything villainous, at least not in the sense of DiMera or Orpheus (George DelHoyo) style villainy. He’s just trying to make sure that the good guy wins, and right now, anyone with the name of DiMera is not a good guy, even if he’s half Brady. He’ll make sure that Wendy and Tripp are together, and maybe in full view at a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner that he’ll set up himself.
Joey might tell Tripp they’re meeting there so Tripp can meet Joey’s apparently serious girlfriend, but then not show up. He’ll come up with another story to get Wendy there at the same time, same table but they’ll eventually figure it out and Tripp will tell Wendy the straight stuff!
