Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that John Aniston, the legendary actor who played Victor Kiriakis, will get a special tribute episode. Aniston passed away in November 2022. However, the soap tapes so far in advance that the episode hasn’t had a chance to be played yet. Actor Stephen Nichols (Steve “Patch” Johnson) confirmed when fans will see the special episode.

DOOL spoilers reveal that on November 11, 2022, A-list actress Jennifer Aniston announced the death of her father. Soaps fans know that Jennifer’s dad, John Aniston, has been playing the role of Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives since 1970.

In February 2023, Jennifer’s birthday arrived. The actress posted a thank you for all the birthday wishes on Instagram. Jennifer included a photo of her parents.

“Thinking about these two humans that created me as I bask in the afterglow of a beautiful birthday. Thank you for ALL my birthday wishes. I felt soooo much love from so many and ALL of it is going to carry me through this wild and beautifully unknown year ahead. I love you.”

However, the most telling part wasn’t Jennifer’s post or the photo. It was a comment by John’s co-star, Stephen Nichols. In the comments section of Jennifer’s birthday post, Nichols wrote,

“Happy birthday, Jennifer. Just prepping a Days script which honors your dad, airing in August.”

Even though Jennifer’s post and Nichols’ comment were written six weeks ago, it was only recently uncovered by the Facebook page, “Days Unhinged.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that John’s tribute episode might not be airing until August 2023. However, fans are already seeing a bit of it right now, in early April 2023.

Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) has dragged Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) to Greece. The two are hiding out in Victor’s childhood home. Bo seems obsessed with the Kiriakis side of his genes. So, we will have to see what comes from that.
