Naturally, Chanel must be considering the possibility of a connection between the arsenic-laden water she drank and the two cancer battles she has endured.

Will Johnny Believe His Father Caused Chanel’s Cancer  And Confront EJ?

As the DOOL storyline intensifies, will Johnny come to share that belief? Regardless, he has been taking steps to conceal the scandal surrounding DiMera Pharmaceuticals’ tainted pills since they were buried on Smith Island, where they eventually contaminated the water supply.

Given the timing of that burial and the recent discovery of arsenic in routine water tests, Days spoilers indicate that Chanel’s cancer might not be linked to it.

Nevertheless, this revelation may not prevent Johnny from confronting EJ with accusations. He could even confront EJ physically, holding him accountable for Chanel’s health issues.

Johnny Will Be Infuriated At The Possibility

Even if the arsenic isn’t the cause of Chanel’s shocking cancer diagnosis, the mere possibility that it could be responsible might infuriate Johnny.
