Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Johnny’s Revenge, Exposes EJ’s Fraud?

 Days Of Our Lives - Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) might get revenge on his father by exposing EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) fraud. Johnny was standing right there when his pompous father bragged to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) that Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) signature on her marriage certificate was forged.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Overreach

Just because EJ is a lawyer, it doesn’t mean he can just go willy nilly to the courthouse and request anyone’s marriage certificate that he wants. Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) did indeed pull something shifty to get a marriage certificate filed for Ava and Jake, since Jake was shot dead right after their engagement. However, Johnny knows that only Ava could have legally accessed a copy of the marriage certificate from the courthouse; meaning EJ is the pot calling the kettle black!

EJ had to have done something fraudulent himself to be able to access that marriage certificate, and he could have even signed that copy himself to prove fraud. He has managed singlehandedly to get both Ava and Gabi divested of their DiMera shares and co-opted them – and in Gabi’s case, there was no divorce.

DOOL Spoilers – Johnny DiMera’s Tired Of Duplicity

Johnny has grown up with DiMera duplicity all of his life and he’s tired of it – especially in the case of his arrogant father and he’s out to right some wrongs. He isn’t sure he can prove that EJ forged the signature he claims was forged on the marriage certificate but he can prove other fraud. EJ has also been bragging to Gabi, and he overheard it, how her stocks from being widowed have reverted to Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel). Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) isn’t dead – anymore, at least – and where did Jake’s shares go, did they revert to their mother too? Johnny plans to file a complaint to the securities commission on EJ for securities fraud, and he could go to federal prison if found guilty.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Ava Vitali’s Not Penniless

Johnny does feel terrible that Ava cannot legally inherit Jake’s shares, but there is some question about where they would go. Stefan was just revealed as resurrected and his went to Vivian but Jake was her son too, and EJ seems to have claimed those shares for himself. If Vivian isn’t Jake’s closest relative and Jake’s shares haven’t gone to her, did they go to Stefan too, or EJ?

Johnny knows Ava isn’t penniless, otherwise she wouldn’t have been able to afford to live in the Salem Inn. If he cannot get her widow’s shares back then he’ll get his dishonest father into federal prison for securities fraud.
