DOOL spoilers previously stated that fans would learn the truth about Adrienne’s death. We saw a lot of that during flashback week, in which the car accident was shown. However, there are still a lot of missing puzzle pieces. What we know for sure is that Maggie Horton Kiraikis (Suzanne Rogers) was drunk, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) tried to fix things and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) confessed.

Ron Carlivati told Soap Opera Digest in a separate article that fans think they know the truth about what happened. He said viewers are mistaken thinking they know everything. He said that there are still a few surprises that will be revealed later on. Could this be about Adrienne’s death? Or does it have to do with Will’s prison sentence, the baby swap or even Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Stauss) murder?
It certainly seems like it might have something to do with Adrienne because there are still a few questions about the incident. To find out, fans will have to keep watching the NBC soap opera.
