Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Judi Evans Returns To DOOL

Days of our Lives spoilers have just revealed a stunning bombshell that a fan fave is set to return from the dead. In light of the recent Salem jump forward in time, and the subsequent deaths it wrought, this jaw dropping revelation could mean one of several people.

But all speculation is pointing to the fact that Judi Evans, a beloved DOOL veteran, is coming back to Salem!

Days of our Lives spoilers – No one stays gone in Salem for very long

The welcome news comes courtesy of Wally Kurth who plays her onscreen husband, Justin Kiriakis. According to Kurth, who tweeted the declaration on Monday, “Rest assured @TheJudiEvans is coming back.”

Okay folks, that’s great news but once we’re all done clapping and cheering, we’ve got a conundrum to solve! If Evans is indeed returning (please!), who will she be portraying?

After all, Evans has portrayed both Adrienne, beloved mom of Sonny (Freddie Smith) and wife to Justin, but she’s also played Bonnie Lockhart, the con artist extraordinaire with a heart of gold. Which will she be this time around, if not both?!

As you’ll recall, Adrienne was sadly killed during the time DOOL took a giant leap forward in what became soap opera history. We have just found out how exactly Adrienne (we think) died, after weeks of speculation and hand-wringing.

Days of our Lives spoilers — Bonnie Lockhart is a long-shot

Conversely, Bonnie and her comical antics was last seen in 2018. So, who will show up in Horton Square, charming Adrienne or conniving Bonnie?

Kurth gave no hint, other than his out of left field statement that the incomparable actress who plays both characters will be back.

This could mean that Bonnie will return to town or it could mean that Adrienne didn’t die. Maybe Bonnie was driving the car that Adrienne supposedly perished in? Adrienne was so chill in her cucumber mask before she got in the car, where she was driving rather aggressively.

Here’s another possibility: Dr. Rolf strikes again!

At this point in time, neither the show nor Evans have commented on the news that she reportedly is returning to the show, according to Kurth.

What we do know for certain is that Dr. Rolf (William Utay) is returning this week. And that could mean any number of things as far as returns from the dead go. It’s possible that he revives Adrienne if indeed she did die. If that’s the case, for once we can all cheer about the demented man’s antics.

But Rolf also has ties to other Salem characters currently on the front burner, namely Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) and Patchano (Stephen Nichols).
