Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that in Salem Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth-Hayes) once insisted that she recognized Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) from somewhere. Viewers know it’s when Gwen drugged Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) the first time, which was about a year ago. When Julie suddenly places Gwen, could it be connected to her sudden health crisis?

DOOL spoilers reveal that about a year ago, Abigail started having hallucinations again. They were pretty serious and her loved ones thought her mental health medication wasn’t working anymore. So, they took her to the hospital. That is when they were informed that they found a powerful hallucinogen in her system… and it was currently in development at DiMera Enterprises.

Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) was accused and went on trial, but narrowly escaped going back to prison. It wasn’t until months later that we learned Gabi didn’t drug Abigail, (Marci Miller) that it was Gwen. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) told Gwen it would “melt Abigail’s brain.” Abigail escaped that horrifying fate.

DOOL Spoilers: Gwen Rizczech’s Denial

The first time that Julie (Susan Seaforth-Hayes) officially met Gwen, (Emily O’Brien)  she insisted that the young lady looked familiar. However, Gwen kept telling her that wasn’t possible. Even though she was living with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), Gwen told Julie that she didn’t know anyone in Salem and even got snappy when the questions continued. However, Gwen was at an event for the Deveraux family, which Julie attended.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Julie may suddenly remember why Gwen looks so familiar. She could recall seeing Gwen’s face at that party a year ago, even though she wasn’t a Salem resident back then. Even if they never talked, Julie may suddenly recall seeing Gwen’s face in the restaurant. This means that Gwen is at risk and she’s not ready to be exposed as the person who drugged Abigail. If they arrested and prosecuted Gabi, they will do the same to Gwen and she won’t get her revenge.

It is teased that Julie will have a health scare, per Soap Opera Digest. What are the chances that Gwen drugs the great-grandmother? Gwen has already shown she will do anything… including murder. But will everyone find the connection or could Gwen get away with another crime? We hope that Julie ends up being okay and that Gwen doesn’t try to kill her. But at the same time, Gwen needs to be exposed and put away. But will this do it or could she actually get away with attempted murder? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to see how this story ends.
