As fans recall, the reason why Gabi didn’t believe Julie is because she faked a heart attack once before. It was when she fell down the stairs. Even though she ended up being okay, Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) told Julie that there was nothing wrong with her heart. Therefore, Gabi was not evil and did not try to kill her. However, Gabi will always remember that, which is why she didn’t believe her this time.
Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Gabi tries to explain what happened to people. However, very few believe her. The exception is her new husband, Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and her brother, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).

It is a story of a woman who cried wolf. She faked it once before, so this time Gabi didn’t believe she was really having a heart attack. Of course, this whole situation is made worse when a half-conscious Julie tells Lani Price (Sal Stowers) that Gabi left her there to die.

DOOL spoilers suggest that Gabi feels guilty for what she did. Even though Julie did collapse and beg for help, Gabi walked away. She left the elderly woman there alone on the ground. It is true that Julie has faked a heart attack before. However, is Gabi really responsible for her current condition?
Thankfully, Julie’s life was saved due to the efforts of Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). The former serial killer immediately started CPR while Ciara called 911. If they hadn’t found her, Julie might be dead right now.

Quite frankly, Gabi is responsible for doing the wrong thing. Even if Julie had faked 100 heart attacks, she could have at least called 911. Julie isn’t a young woman anymore, plus she was running after Gabi, which meant her heart was pumping pretty hard.
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Julie’s heart eventually would have given out. However, she could have died if Ben and Ciara hadn’t saved the day. Gabi should feel responsible and do her best to make amends.

When you cry Wolf too often – people don’t believe you. When you are a racist and just got done insulting the person you think should save you is ridiculous.If Julie had acted like a normal person- a decent person, a non racist person to Gabi all these years, Gabi would help her. We all know that Julie would of left Gabi to die, danced a jig while she was and called her racist names at the same time.
Gabi has no reason to feel guilty. Next time an old woman shouldn’t dancing around like a fool,making racist remarks and running after a young girl to torment her more. If Julie acted right- she wouldn’t have had the attack—or would she? MAybe she just couldn’t stand being told the truth that she is a racist by her own grandson. Blame him and Lani for the attack then. Gabi walked away- Julie pushed it. Gabi is NOT guilty in any way, shape or form.
Once is too often? So NO ONE should EVER believe Gabi because of all of the lies she has told?
Gabi is trash! Yes she is responsible for Julie’s condition, just like she is responsible for Julie falling down the stairs! Julie is a senior citizen, and are more prone to falls! Anyone with a brain knows you don’t get in a tug of war near stairs…someone could fall! If Gabi had an ounce of decency, she would have called 911 to get help! That’s what good people do! So I guess if Gabi gets a stalker no one should believe her because she faked one before! Gabi has become reprehensible! Never takes responsibility for her behavior or shows any remorse! I wish her and her rapist husband would take a long vacation off of the show!

JULIE WASN’T THERE FOR CIARA WHEN CIARA WENT MISSING LAST YEAR OR WHEN CLIARE HAD CIARA HOSTAGE. WHY WOULD CIARA CARE ABOUT JULIE. WHEN CIARA AND BEN GET MARRIED JULIE PROBABLY WON’T GET AN INVITE BUT DOUG WILL. JULIE DID NOT GIVE HOPE SUPPORT IN TED CASE OR WHEN RAFE WAS SHOT. JULIE NEVER RAN TO HOPE’S SIDE WHEN IT COMES TO CIARA. FOR DOUG’S SAKE I HOPE SHE DOESN’T DIE. JULIE IS ALL ABOUT HURTING PEOPLE NOT DOUG. JULIE SHOULD BE MARRIED TO VICTOR NOT DOUG. VICTOR IS NASTY AND SO IS JULIE.
It’s actually bit more complicated then just “Is Gabi responsible?” First off I don’t blame her for being skeptical of Julie because she HAS pulled that on her before. But other hand, even though I love Gabi to death I DO think she should have called 911 just to be safe. But again I understand her skepticism. By the Julie’s fake heart attack didn’t have anything to do with her fall down the K-mansion stairs. It was back in 2017 when Gabi and Eli first started dating (before she and Chad hooked up). Eli and Gabi were hanging out in the park and Eli had to take a phone call. Julie came upon Gabi sitting on the bench and started tearing into her. When Gabi after nearly two years of biting her tongue and just taking Julie’s abuse started to defend herself. Julie saw Eli return over Gabi’s shoulder and faked a heart attack. Pretty much everybody knew it, Doug and Hope even called her it. Ironically, Gabi was able to turn to her advantage telling Julie that if she didn’t back off, Gabi would tell Eli about the fake heart attack. So their feud was of at a stalemate for a while.
When a person collapses in front of you gasping for air and stating that they think they are having a heart attack, you call 911. You don’t walk away. Gabi is an atrocious woman. Selfish, greedy and unfeeling. She never takes responsibility for her own actions and blames every one else.
