Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Kassie DePaiva Exits DOOL – Eve Leaves Salem

Viewers will have to say goodbye to Eve Donovan as her portrayer, Kassie DePaiva, is set to exit from “Days of Our Lives” after her last airdate on December 24.

The actress landed the role back in 2014 and ever since, she’s come and gone on the show. It hasn’t been revealed if she’s gone for good but if it will be based on her history on the show then there’s a big chance that she’ll return in the future.

DOOL Spoilers – DePaiva’s Career

DePaiva started her career as a solo artist at the age of 18 at the Grand Ole Opry. She studied theatre at Indiana University and UCLA. However, she dropped out of school to entertain USO troops in Asia. She appeared on CBS’s “Body Language” as a contestant and teamed up with Catherine Hickland.

She made her debut on the daytime when she landed the role of Chelsea Reardon on “Guiding Light” from 1986 and 1991. In 1993, she started portraying the role of Blair Daimler Cramer on “One Life to Live,” a part she took over from its previous portrayer, Mia Korf. She was with the show for almost 19 years until the show was canceled. In 2012, she reprised her role as Blair and crossed over to ABC’s “General Hospital.”

In 2014, DePaiva joined “Days of Our Lives” as Eve Donovan. She was let go in 2015 but late returned for guest appearances in 2016. In 2017, she returned to the soap full time until recently, when it was announced that she’s leaving the sudser once again.

Eve and Hattie Adams (Deidre Hall) will receive a special gift this coming Christmas Eve. Viewers already expected the release of Hattie but the latter will also be pleased to know that Eve’s going out of prison as well.

It’s been revealed that Stefano DiMera aka Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) threatened the DiMera tech expert and that’s how the doctored footage came about. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) is taking the hit even though he’s not the real culprit. The truth is, Princess Gina Von Amberg aka Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) was the one who actually pushed Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves). But that will be exposed a bit later.

For now, Eve will just be happy that she’s been cleared. Also, she’ll be faced with a major decision soon, which may involve being able to start over, have a new life, elsewhere.
