Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Kate Recovers! Does She Have Immunity?

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Orpheus’ (George DelHoya) deadly revenge against John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) has become quite clear. While the three men rescued Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) from the bomb threat, that was only the beginning of Orpheus’ sick plot. While he had the women in captivity, he also dosed them with a deadly drug that seemingly has no antidote and will slowly, painfully kill them.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – What If Kate Roberts Recovers?

The deadly serum that is slowly killing the three women was devised by Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton). Rolf has a soft spot for Kate. He once used his life-saving serum to bring her back from death. Perhaps Rolf, unbeknownst to Orpheus, already has a small amount of an antidote. He would certainly save Kate before Marlena or Kayla. It would come as no surprise if he slipped into Kate’s hospital room and gave her the antidote. But then that would leave more questions than answers.

DOOL Spoilers – Perhaps Kate Roberts Has Resistance To Rolf’s Deadly Drug!

Another possibility on Days of Our Lives is that Kate already has some kind of resistance to the drug. Doctors would be astounded if Kate showed signs of recovery while the other two women progressively get worse. It could even lead to suspicion between Roman, Steve, and John. Perhaps Steve and John will suspect that Roman made some sort of deal with Orpheus to save Kate at the expense of Kayla and Marlena. Sowing this type of distrust is exactly the result that Orpheus would want.

But if Kate’s recovery is natural, it could certainly lead doctors to find a cure. They could research Kate’s blood to find and isolate the reason she recovered when the other two women haven’t. And that may be the first step to devising a cure so that all three women can survive Orpheus’ sick plot. But can an antidote be found in time? Look for many twists and turns in the coming weeks!
