Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) has reason to hold a grudge against Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson). Late last year, Kate was given a deadly biotoxin by Orpheus (George Del Hoya).

Kate was able to escape Megan’s clutches but soon found herself trapped on a fishing boat. She was once again a captive, this time being held by Megan’s son Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte). Kate was finally rescued but her ordeal obviously had a lasting impact on her.
She has encouraged several Salem residents to live life to the fullest which in itself isn’t a bad thing. But Kate’s hate for Megan hasn’t just disappeared. To that end, she contacted Harris Michaels (Steve Burton).

When Harris showed up, they both agreed that Megan needs to be dealt with before she can hurt anyone else. Kate wanted Harris to kill Megan, but Harris just wanted to send her somewhere she couldn’t hurt anyone else. Kate eventually agreed, but she also cautioned that her husband Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) couldn’t discover her deadly plans for Megan.

Kate is well aware that Roman doesn’t share her bloodlust. While he would certainly be all for Megan spending the rest of her life in prison, Kate’s plan wouldn’t sit well with him. But the truth is Roman might understand why Kate wants to take Megan off the board.
What he won’t be able to tolerate is the fact that she is keeping those plans a secret from him. Roman has gone along with Kate’s schemes before, there is no reason to believe he wouldn’t support her even if he didn’t agree with her methods. But keeping him in the dark could very well put their marriage at risk!
