Actress Stacy Haiduk talked to Soap Opera Digest about the storyline. When Kristen confronts Steve in his hotel room, she is armed with a gun. However, Kristen has the wrong idea about why Steve is in Italy.

Kristen thinks that Steve and Kayla are there to save Sarah. This is a huge hint that Steve and Kayla bring Sarah back to Salem. Could Sarah have been held hostage at the convent this whole time?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Finding Sarah Horton

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Sarah returns to Salem during the week of January 17. This is the same week that Kristen points a gun at Steve. What we know is that Steve ends up on the ground completely motionless. Haiduk teased that it’s not known if Steve is dead or alive, or what Kristen did to him. However, the actress did confirm that Kristen uses Steve’s phone to respond to Kayla’s text message.

While Kayla is searching the convent, she won’t find Kristen there. However, she could discover a familiar face… Sarah Horton. Of course, Kayla will save both Sarah and Steve. The three of them probably return to Salem together.

DOOL Spoilers – Complicated Return

In the weekly preview, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) goes to speak with Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). Xander is stunned to find Maggie talking with Sarah on the couch. It is also teased that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) gets a surprise visitor while Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) makes an accusation about Sarah.

So, even if the real Sarah is back in Salem, people might not believe it. Sarah and Kristen were in the same location, so some might suspect it’s just another mask. How will Sarah prove she is who she claims to be? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out.
