It was a terrible con and due to Maggie’s grief for Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), she just wasn’t as aware as she normally would be.

In any case, there were some holes in that story left open, such as clearing John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) name. John went through tremendous guilt convinced that he killed Konstantin’s daughter.

More recently, Cat and Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) were arrested after their Abigail DiMera (last played by Marci Miller) scheme was exposed. However, Clyde Weston (James Read) soon asked Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to have Cat released.

Chad turned to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), who reluctantly agreed. Chad is supposed to turn Cat over to Clyde, but he also doesn’t want her to die.

DOOL Spoilers – Post-Mortem Redemption?

What if after Catharina is saved, there is another bombshell? What if Maggie finds out that the only reason why Konstantin went after her money was to protect his grandchildren?

Everyone was led to believe that the Greene parents died in a car crash, leaving big brother Mark to look after his three younger siblings. As fans know, one of them is Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia).

While Konstantin had plenty of opportunities to just ask for help, he took the dark road. What if Konstantin’s hand was forced by someone like Clyde, though?

Even though Konstantin is dead, it could give Maggie some peace. It also could bridge the Greene and Horton families together. Knowing Maggie, she would help the Greene kids anyway just because that’s the kind of heart she has.
