She recently spoke to Soap Opera Digest and spilled a few delicious details about what viewers can expect when Kristen hits town. After all, she is on the lam after stabbing Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and fleeing the country with her baby.

But she’s a DiMera and that family knows a thing or two about deceit and skirting the law.

Days Of Our Lives spoilers – Stacy Haiduk Talks About What Her Character Is Up To Right Now

According to Haiduk, Kristen has gone back to her habit—literally. That is, she turns up in Salem back in her nun outfit. Fans will remember that there was a time when Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Kristen were one step away from taking their religious vows at a convent.

Apparently Kristen hung on to a memento from their time there which suits her purpose for remaining undercover.

DOOL Spoilers – How long Will Kristen DiMera Be In Salem?

The reason for Kristen’s return is Lani. She is getting married and her old pal wants to give her well-wishes in person. It’s an awfully big risk though, isn’t it?

Haiduk says that Kristen tells a stunned Lani, “I’m going to be at my best friend’s wedding … to support you.”

All in all, Haiduk reveals that Kristen’s visit will be a flash one, something she calls, “a moment. But it’s a happy moment.”

Haiduk tells the magazine that she was devastated to leave the NBC sudser. “I was emotional, and there was a lot of deep stuff to play.”

She is speaking of the scene in which she and baby daddy Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) say goodbye before Kristen goes off to live a life on the lam. It’s all her own doing however, as she stabbed Victor in the chest while he sat defenselessly.
