Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – David Grant’s Tragic Death
DOOL spoilers reveal that when Lani and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) first slept together, they ended up conceiving a baby. However, Lani (Sal Stowers) had complications and her son was stillborn. They named him David and he is the whole reason why Lani was terrified when she got pregnant again. It was really hard for her and she even bonded a little too much with Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Stause) baby, who was also named David.

Due to what happened with David, Lani wasn’t sure if she wanted to carry this pregnancy to term. She even considered getting an abortion. Eli wanted a family and hoped she would carry on with the pregnancy. However, he understood that it had to be her decision and supported whatever she chose — even if he didn’t agree. In the end, Lani decided to keep the babies.

Dool Spoilers – Do ‘Elani’ Twins Survive?
Even though soaps have tragedy as well as celebration, we can’t see them making Eli and Lani lose three children all in a row. Lani is terrified, but we are confident that she is going to give birth to two healthy babies.
Sometimes doctors can be wrong or won’t anticipate the problems that arrive, but we think Kayla is right on this one. After David’s death, the exploding pacemaker, going into a convent, nearly being shot by Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel), and everything else that has happened, “Elani” is overdue for some good news.
