DOOL spoilers confirm that Gabi had ulterior motives when donating Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) heart. It was due to her knowing she could come up with a plan to get payback for her husband’s death. Her rage is targeted at the detective who accidentally shot him.
Now, Lani has to play along and obey outrageous demands or Julie’s life could be over.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Gabi DiMera Controls Julie Williams’ Pacemaker
Part of Gabi’s revenge plot is by tampering with Julie’s pacemaker. She didn’t physically touch the heart-regulation equipment, but she did make sure that a specific high-tech model was sent to the hospital.
Then, Gabi installed an app on her phone that gives her the ability to control the pacemaker. With one push of a button, Julie’s life can end if Gabi isn’t happy with Lani.
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that after the “Elani” wedding fiasco, Lani will get fed up. If Gabi can force Lani to dump her fiance at the altar, then she will likely continue making demands. In the next few weeks, expect Lani to finally get fed up with Gabi’s revenge plot.

It is stated that when Lani finally has had enough, she punches Gabi right in the face. Now, it isn’t revealed how the widow responds to this. Perhaps by then, Lani will finally tell Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and everyone else what Gabi has been forcing her to do.
However, what will be the plan to stop her from killing Julie? By taking away Gabi’s phone? Charging her with attempted murder? Or will nothing be done about it, leaving Gabi to run free to continue destroying Lani’s life, as well as the lives of others in Salem?

I am a big Gabi fan but not really a Lani fan, however Gabi has carried this revenge plot too far. She just needs to try to understand that Lani shot in self defense because old Vivian pulled a gun on Lani. She did not know Stefan would step in front to protect his worthless mom. I know Gabi is suffering a lot now by losing the man she loves, but this is too extreme. I hate what these writers have done to my Gabi. I wish this was not taken out on Camila where people are attacking the actress. She has to work with what these writers give her!
So sick of this storyline.
That’s a crock of crap! Gabi did NOT have ANY ulterior motive at all! The heart transplant was done, and NOBODY had advance notice that later on Julie would then need a pacemaker… Only AFTER she needed a pacemaker did Gabi figure out how to use that to her advantage! Such a typical full of lies article, mirroring how real life writers posing as journalists lie daily to the public… Can’t soap opera writers tell the truth?! Again, giving Stefan’s heart to Julie had no ulterior motive, as nobody knew a pacemaker would be needed until well after her decision… Get your facts straight!!!
I have never been a fan of Gabi’s. She has never played a good part on this show.

I hope Lani takes control I mean she’s a cop. She should take charge tell Eli what’s really going on have Gabi arrested for murder and tampering with someone’s life and blackmailing a cop. She should take the phone away from Gabi. Lock Gabi up in jail and Eli and Lani could have their happily ever after.

Gabi is just plain trash. There is nothing redeeming about that self centered , pathetic, DRAMA QUEEN. The writers have made her character a JOKE. I fast forward her scenes or laugh at her over the top acting skills. Please writers let GABI DIE during the time jump.
