That person is none other than Jake Lambert’s (Brandon Barash) ex-girlfriend, Gwen (Emily O’Brien). Keegan recently talked about the friendship and hinted at how Gwen could impact Claire’s story. Claire Brady and Gwen’s Similarities

DOOL spoilers reveal that there is a lot of speculation on Gwen. Is she good or bad? Will she really be Claire’s friend, or set her up to take the blame for a crime? What is the deal with Jake’s former flame? During a video chat with Soaps.com, Keegan teased that the two young women have some things in common. Yes, besides being psychiatric patients at Bayview!

Keegan said that Gwen is the “angel and devil” on Claire’s shoulders. So, it seems that she might be a multi-layered character. Like most people, Gwen’s probably not all “good” or all “bad.” She’s just an imperfect person, but a devilish one, much like Claire.

 

DOOL Spoilers: New Character Has Influence

During the interview, Keegan mentioned that Gwen has influence. That is interesting and it makes one wonder what kind of influence we are talking about.

“Gwen is a very fun-loving, playful, mischievous woman like Claire, so they definitely bring out the fun sides of each other. And hopefully, one will use her influence and friendship to keep me in mind and keep me in check and vice versa.”

It could just be someone who is rather convincing. Or it could mean that she has a lot of power outside of Bayview. She must be important somewhere because thugs are going after Jake because of her!

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Claire counts on Gwen to keep her in check. At the same time, Claire will do the same for her new friend. It sounds like even though Gwen is mischievous and a troublemaker, she’s definitely not evil or dangerous. So, maybe we are judging this new character too quickly. After all, she hasn’t even made her first appearance yet!

Keegan indicated that Gwen is not dangerous. So, it sounds like she might have just gotten mixed up in something that was more than she could handle. However, she will have to make things right so these thugs stop going after Jake and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). The actress also made it clear that Gwen and Claire’s friendship is “very, very fun.”
