Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Leo Gets A New Job, Makes A Donkey Out Of Himself

Days Of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will get a new job, but wind up making a donkey out of himself in the process! It looks like Paulina Price (Jackeé Harry) hires him to hand out campaign materials and encourage people to vote, but he has to do so in costume.

A first look photo in this week’s Soap Opera Digest shows Leo in Horton Town Square with a table set up with Paulina’s campaign materials. Paulina probably figured hiring Leo might be poor optics but she came up with a solution; unless he tells someone who he is, they’ll never know. He’s got a donkey head with an Uncle Sam stars and stripes hat on so even if he does say something it might be pretty muffled; his mouth is completely covered.

It’s probably not the best paying job in the world but he’s doing his civic duty and making a little cash so he’s okay with it.  Maybe he’ll just keep the donkey head and Uncle Sam hat and wear it for Halloween too, and let the costume do double duty.

DOOL Spoilers – Amazing What He Sees And Hears

It’s amazing what Leo sees and hears in the square when no one realizes he can see and hear them. That Democrat Donkey head is rather hot, and stuffy, but it’s great to snoop in – nobody can see him looking or listening and nobody knows who’s under it. He should have had that when he robbed Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) that night, after all, he’s not the only a_ _ in Salem. But Clyde Weston (James Read) got what he deserved, served him right for trying to frame Leo for his crimes, and at least the donkey head looks good. That’s more than can be said for Nancy Miller’s (Patrika Darbo) wig, Leo muses to himself as he continues handing out materials.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – It’s A Job

Leo can put up with wearing a donkey head and handing out campaign materials until Election Day, at least it’s a job. It’s a respectable job and he doesn’t have to steal or hustle people and it’s not a scam, at least not in the usual sense of the word. He’ll bide his time until he can get a more secure job, hoping he can, if nothing else maybe he can score a gig as a Santa Claus after this one.

He’s done just about everything else so why not – or if not Santa, maybe a great big elf. They’ve got better hats, after all.
